Kait Naig

Kait joined Emerald Search Partners as a Recruiting Coordinator, bringing a background in communication, customer service, and administrative support. She enjoys building relationships and keeping operations organized to help create a positive experience. Her attention to detail, adaptability, and interpersonal skills allow her to support the team in a fast-paced environment.

Kait graduated from Boise State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication in 2025. Her experience spans customer-service, healthcare, hospitality and retail, where she has developed a strong foundation in organization and adapting to new systems and processes.

Outside of work, Kait enjoys spending time with friends and family, going to concerts and events, and finding opportunities to travel.
