Jamie Hauser

Jamie launched her legal recruiting career in 2013 at a large international recruiting firm, where she quickly realized how much she enjoyed connecting with candidates and helping them find the right professional fit. In 2015, she joined Emerald Search Partners - a move that aligned perfectly with her passion for collaboration, relationship building, and truly getting to know the people she supports.

A Northern California native, Jamie earned her J.D. from Golden Gate University and her B.A. from UC Davis. Her background in the legal field gives her a unique ability to understand the nuances of the legal market and partner closely with candidates as they navigate important career decisions. 

Outside of work, Jamie enjoys discovering new parts of the Pacific Northwest with her husband, two kids, and their dog.  She also loves squeezing in a Pilates class and planning future adventures!  She looks forward to partnering with you and helping you take the next step in your career.
