Gabriella Nielsen

Gabriella is a Legal Staffing Manager at Emerald Search Partners, bringing a background in leadership, relationship-building, and business management. Before joining Emerald Search Partners, she built her career with Enterprise Mobility, progressing from an internship into management roles where she developed a strong foundation in client relations, communication, team leadership, and creating exceptional experiences for both clients and employees. She brings a personable and relationship-driven approach to legal staffing, focusing on understanding the unique needs of both clients and candidates and creating connections that lead to successful opportunities.

Gabriella earned her B.A. in Business Administration from Boise State University, with a minor in Entrepreneurship. Her experience in management and business has strengthened her ability to build meaningful relationships, navigate evolving needs, and approach challenges with confidence, adaptability, and a solutions-oriented mindset.

Outside of the office, Gabriella enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, staying active, and playing golf.
