Aman is an experienced staffing manager at Emerald Search Partners, bringing over a decade of expertise in talent acquisition. Since joining the firm in April 2025, she has specialized in temporary and temp-to-hire placements, helping law firms and corporate legal departments across the Pacific Northwest meet their evolving staffing needs. Known for her strategic and relationship-driven approach, Aman takes pride in delivering flexible, personalized solutions that align with the goals of both clients and candidates.

Aman earned her B.A. in Communications from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Her academic background, combined with her extensive recruiting experience, has shaped her ability to foster meaningful connections and navigate complex hiring landscapes with confidence.

Outside of work, Aman enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, and making memories with her two toddlers.
