Kibby brings nearly two decades of experience recruiting and staffing in the areas of Legal and Accounting & Finance in the Pacific Northwest. Prior to co-founding Emerald Search Partners, she worked for a large international recruiting firm where she won awards and was recognized for both her production and leadership capabilities. She has placed thousands of candidates in Temporary and Direct-Hire positions with companies, both small and large. She prides herself in taking the time to truly get to know her clients and candidates, enabling her to successfully make the right match every time. Kibby graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of the Pacific where she was an active member of Kappa Alpha Theta. Kibby grew up in the Seattle area and currently resides in Bellevue with her husband and twins.
